Important Notice: All purchases made on IAremix.com are final.
We do not offer refunds for digital products once access has been granted,
the file has been delivered, or the content has been made available for download.
1. General Policy
At IAremix, we sell digital products, including audio files and related
downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once a purchase has been completed and
the digital product has been delivered, unlocked, or made available to the buyer.
2. No Refunds
By purchasing from IAremix.com, you acknowledge and agree that:
- all purchases are final;
- we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products;
- you are responsible for reviewing the product details before completing your purchase;
- once a file is delivered or downloadable, the order is considered fulfilled.
3. Reasons Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- purchasing the wrong product by mistake;
- change of mind after purchase;
- failure to read the product description;
- not liking the content after purchase;
- software, plugin, device, or system incompatibility not specifically guaranteed by the website;
- lack of technical knowledge on how to use the file;
- duplicate purchase made by user error;
- failure to use or download the product after purchase;
- account, email, or login issues caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
4. Digital Delivery
Our products are digital and are considered delivered when any of the following occurs:
- the download link becomes available in the user account;
- the product is unlocked for access;
- the file is sent or made available electronically;
- the purchase is successfully associated with the user’s account.
Once digital delivery has taken place, the product cannot be returned and is not eligible for a refund.
5. Exceptional Technical Issues
Although we do not offer refunds, if you experience a verified
technical issue directly caused by our platform, you may contact us for assistance.
In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:
- a corrected file;
- a replacement download;
- technical support to resolve the issue.
This does not mean a refund will be issued. Support or replacement remains entirely at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a user files an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to a digital product,
we reserve the right to:
- suspend or terminate the user account;
- revoke access to purchased content;
- block future purchases;
- submit evidence of digital delivery and account activity to the payment provider.
7. User Responsibility
It is the user’s responsibility to:
- review all product information before purchasing;
- ensure the selected product is the correct one;
- verify compatibility with their software, hardware, or workflow;
- provide correct account and payment information at checkout.
